I've been doing my new edge diet idea for almost a week now and I realized I could improve some things, so here's an updated version, feel free to follow along, but be careful and take care of yourself. I will try and post my calories at the end of every week. Here's the new rules:


Current Goal: Lose 5 KG / 11 lbs


Methods: 


  • Calorie restriction
  • Exercise


Indicators:


  • Log food every day
  • Stay below 1500Kcal intake every day or compensate with exercise
  • In total stay below 9800kcal a week (7*1400)


Rewards:


  • Every week I manage to do this, I get one orgasm
  • Every day I manage to stay below 1200Kcal I get a free ruined orgasm on top
  • Every day I manage to exercise for at least 150Kcal I get a free ruined orgasm on top


Punishments:


If I am over the daily caloric restriction (except if I do exercise to compensate):

If I am over my weekly caloric restriction:

I will write an essay (min 500 words) on why I was over my weekly caloric   restriction. I will post the essay on bdsmlr. I will degrade myself in the essay, but also use it to earnestly learn from my mistakes. It must include the following: 


  • Internal reasons (sleep, feelings, depressive episodes, other internal factors)
  • External reasons (friends, events, other external factors)
  • Steps I will take to ensure it won’t happen again
  • Three rolls on the Disgusting tasks table, with an explanation why I deserved them 

If I orgasmed without permission: 

I will write an essay (min 500 words) on why I am a stupid, greedy slut that cannot keep her self from cumming without permission, must include the following:
